CTN is a vetted network, not an open directory. Listing yourself is not enough to be matched.
Identity verification
Every tutor submits a national ID card (CNI). We check it before an application can move forward.
Qualification review
Diplomas, certificates and teaching experience are reviewed by our team, not auto-approved by a form.
Manual approval
A person makes the final call. A profile stays pending until it clears review, and can be rejected.
Ongoing standards
Ratings, reviews and reports are monitored. Tutors who fall below our standards can be suspended.
Escrow keeps everyone honest.
Funds held in escrow
Parents pay CTN, not the tutor directly. The money is held until a lesson is delivered and confirmed.
Released only after a lesson
Payment reaches the tutor after the lesson is confirmed. No confirmed lesson means no release.
Refunds when things go wrong
If a lesson does not happen or a dispute is upheld, the parent is refunded from escrow.

Every collection, hold, release, fee and refund is recorded, so the money trail is never in doubt.

If something goes wrong
Raise a dispute on the lesson and the payment stays held in escrow while our team reviews the conversation and lesson record. Depending on what we find, funds are released to the tutor or refunded to the parent. The outcome is always recorded.
